Sales / Business Development
Job posted Feb 2018 – OPEN.
Serversaurus is seeking a motivated, self-directed & ambitious salesperson who is interested in cloud services, cloud infrastructure, Internet technology and good business. We’re a progressive company who promotes work/life balance, allowing you to work from home, our converted warehouse office in North Melbourne, or a combination of both.
The primary purpose of your role will be to source new sales opportunities and identify key players within targeted businesses which match our ideal customer profile. Once opportunities have been identified, your goal will be to reach out with authenticity and humility to organise meetings & further discussions. You will also be expected to reach out to our existing customer base in order to gauge how we are performing and to better understand how we may be able to improve.
You do not need to be highly technical, however you will be expected to understand our core business, as well as understand when conversations need to be moved over to the technical team. Serversaurus’ key offering is extremely knowledgeable staff and cutting edge infrastructure, and it is therefore important that sales outreach communicates this clearly and confidently by knowing when conversations need to be passed on to others within the team.
How to apply:
- Provide a cover letter – but do your research first: Find out who we are, what we do, and what we’re into. Then figure out why you’d like to work for us.
- Provide a resume and any additional profiles or information which might help us: LinkedIn, Twitter, etc
Email your cover letter/CV to livemoreworkless at serversaurus dot com dot au

We’re a Founding Australian B-Corp which means we’ve met and adhere to a range of guidelines for operating as a responsible company – from both a human and environmental standpoint. We’re also Australia’s only B-Corp certified web hosting company. We donate 1% of our turnover to environmental charities and have been offsetting our carbon emissions since 2007. We own and operate our own hardware & software platform in Melbourne & Brisbane.
