This article walks through our no contact policy for shared web hosting

We have a combination of pre-pay (shared hosting), and post-pay (cloud) products. These products are all paid monthly, and unless a customer has specifically purchased 1 or more years in advance, their commitment with us is purely on a month-to-month basis.

Purchasing shared hosting on a yearly basis usually includes 1 month free.
