Shared hosting

For our shared Personal Business and Performance plans we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. In the unlikely event of you not being happy with our services, simply drop us a support ticket and request a refund.

Domains

We do not offer refunds of any kind for domain purchases. This includes any possible typos during registration. Unfortunately once you've hit the buy button, the deed is done!

Cloud / AnycastDNS / CDN

Generally we do not offer test accounts for cloud services, however we can make accommodations depending on circumstance. Our cloud services only require a $1 initial commitment however, so you are able to signup and test out our offering with very little upfront investment. Because of our hourly billing model, you could spin up machines and test other cloud related services for cents on the dollar.
