This guide will help you troubleshoot whether your website and/or email service is down
If you believe your website or email service is down, please go through the following checklist. Failing that, feel free to contact us by our support channels.
Check your site is actually down
Please visit our website troubleshooter and enter your website URL to see whether your site can be accessed externally.
If your email is inaccessible, you may use our email troubleshooter.
Check that you have not been blocked by the firewall
Occasionally users are blocked for repeated failed logins to our cPanel, SFTP and email services. Please visit our status website and ensure that the following message is present:
If it isn't present, please request to be unblocked via the link. This process will take up to 5 minutes to take effect.
Check there is no planned maintenance or outage advisories underway
